Aged 61 years obtained his HND in Business and Administration/Management (U.K) in 1979 and has several years of experience in Management and Administration. He has attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad covering Management and Strategic Planning and Control. Before now, he has wide experience in Trading, Construction, Industries Management and marketing.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, he oversees the day to day planning, forecasting, establishing internal controls, organizational structures, co-ordinating corporate activities and management. He is a member of the N.I.M and attended several Management, Marketing T.E.M courses organized by the N.I.M, L.B.S (Lagos Business School) S.T.E.P. and recently a Member of the Institute of Cost Management.
