A Professor of Law; Legal Practitioner; holds Ph.D, LLM., Law, University of Jos.  Member of the Bar, Lecturer and Dean of the Law Faculty.

She has attended several courses and seminar within Nigeria and abroad among which are Women in Management, Trade Marks, Patents and Industrial Property, Copy Right Law in which she specialized. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (N.I.I.A), Lagos. Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Member of the Nigeria and International Industrial Property Group.  She joined the Board from inception.
